Team Quest launches new site
A mixed martial arts school based in Portland, OR, Team Quest Fight Club came to us with a very common problem: they had a website, but no good way to update the content. Their gym manager has to dig through the HTML code every time he wanted to add a news item or update information about the gym. In addition to that, the site was aging and had a 1999-era look that was not appropriate to Team Quest's position as one of the premier facilities in the world for producing professional martial artists.
We applied our process to their site, first creating a custom visual identify for the new site, and then plugging it in to Simplata Dojo, the edition of Simplata Control panel designed specifically for martial arts gyms. The result was a site that was easy for the gym staff to update and keep current - even those who had never had to update a website before - and that looked & performed the way a modern 21st century site should.

Ground Control Academy launches new site
Ground Control Academy - a Baltimore, MD-based jiu-jitsu school - approached us the way many businesses do: they had a website, but the owner was unhappy with the look, lack of control, and inability to have updates done that came along with the site. As a school run by Renzo Gracie black belt John Rallo, the school's pedigree was not done justice by its amateurish web presence in terms of looks nor updatability.
